The Kiwanis de Amigos meets the first Tuesday and the third Tuesday of each month at 6 pm at Bumsted’s at 1003 N. Stone Ave. Anyone is welcome to come and learn more about the club.
We perform service projects and volunteer services throughout the year and we hold fundraising activities to support our service.
21st Annual Kiwanis de Amigos Rattlesnake Run
The Kiwanis de Amigos Rattlesnake Run will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at the Danny Lopez Park (formerly the Christopher Columbus Park) at 4300 N. Silverbell Road, Tucson AZ. This is a 1.6 mile cross country event, open to all Middle School (grades 6- 8) teams in Tucson and Southern Arizona. Individual student-athletes in the four (4) races (Boys “A”, Girls “A”, Boys “B” and Girls “B”) are eligible for awards. The Boys “A” and Girls “A” also compete for a “TEAM” Award. As in past years athlete registration is done at www.athletic.net . The deadline for registration is midnight September 10, 2025. Complete details can be found by clicking HERE
21st Annual Kiwanis de Amigos Relays
The 21st Kiwanis de Amigos Relays was held on April 12, 2025 at the University of Arizona track and field facility. There were 35 middle schools and over 700 student athletes in attendance. This is one of the largest track and field events for middle schools in the state. Thanks to all of the sponsors, volunteers, coaches and parents who make this event a success.
